Thinking about it, I still can't believe how efficient that
troubleshoot was on the phone yesterday. Or today's 'maintenance'
even.
Check supply, nope, reset, nope, technician, tomorrow, he comes,
2 minutes later he's gone, and everything's okay again. 
Like as if nothing ever happened. Of course I cut out parts of
me slipping into depression and going crazy without the internet.
Pfft.
